GPU Mart belongs to Database Mart LLC, a US company in League City, Texas, that has run its own servers since 2005; the GPU brand followed in 2021. It rents GPU servers on monthly, quarterly, yearly and two-year terms, and the prices it shows first are the monthly rate of a two-year term paid in advance. Every server sits in one of its two US data centres, Dallas or Kansas City. Its privacy policy says it offers no data-processing agreement and makes no GDPR claim.
