Cloudways sells managed cloud hosting, and its own terms name DigitalOcean as the company you contract with. Its managed AI agent service puts OpenClaw or Hermes Agent on a dedicated instance in a region you choose. SSL, daily backups and updates that Cloudways tests first are part of the service. The AI model is billed separately: you add a key from a provider such as Anthropic, Google or OpenAI and pay that provider.
